System running slow? $79.00 for an in home system cleanup. But this does not include spyware or virus removal.

1. Cleaning up temporary files and other files left behind by normal computer usage.
2. Defragment the hard disk and setup a scheduled defragment.
3. Install any available updates for Windows, hardware drivers, and any other software that has updates available.
4. Hardware diagnostics which includes checking your hard drives Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology (Disk must support S.M.A.R.T.) to see if a hard drive could be reporting errors that may lead to failure.
5. System memory tests to see if the system memory is good and if the system has enough memory.
6. Flyers giving advice on data backups and security software.

Computer already infected with spyware, viruses, or malware?


For $99.00 you get everything in the "System running slow" package, plus the scanning and removal of viruses, spyware, and malware. Sometimes it is better to let us pickup your system and bring it back to the shop for repair. Pickup in Fayette County is free, surrounding counties will be charged a $10.00 pickup and deliver fee. Live further out? Call for details. These issues can be discussed over the phone or during the onsite visit. Why does it cost so much?
